We see these game developer semantics and new concepts almost daily. There might be a distinct difference between 'gameplay' and 'gameplay walkthrough'. I would not expect to see actual gameplay footage before the game reaches, at least, beta stage. how does one view the battle when commanding units, are they looking for us to be at a less than 20 degree angle like as they said? or are they actually going to look for us to play at around a 45 degree angle so we can actually see what is happening on the battle? I want to know whati t looks like when playing the game, not when watching a recorded game. I hope next time they put out a video labeled 'gameplay' they actually play the game.

Besides it had quite a few scripted events which says they added some things just for this video (the elephants charging and the man yelling). If anything he is watching a recording of a game, so there was no real gameplay. (which is at max around 2-4k) I have doubts that this game will allow over 3k units on the battle, because the graphics are being pushed so hard.Īnyway, this was hardly a 'gameplay video' when he was not even once playing the game. (Thousand of thousands means over 1,000,000.) but i think he meant to just say thousands of units. I also love how he said 'working with thousands of thousands of units on the screen' when they have never done that. The obvious marketing and scripted events just makes me laugh. Please less laggy than shogun 2 mp (rtw was less laggy back in the day) Plz no unlockable units in mp (maybe limited specialisation) or customisable apparel only.

Thanks for the video, nice to see even if its early footae. Like if theres a mine or windmill or waterfall on the campaign map i would like the fight around those (i release this has been in shogun2, but they are only visible in background) (although u dnt have to enter the buildings obviously) i guess just much more feeling of a hand crafted / shaped environment than copy/paste. exciting new environments to battle around in the campaign. lie the new personal camera angles (althought obviously need more work) that map is huge! (love the navy ships sailing into the port). Please take your time to polish as many of these out as possible. I think we can all agree there have been too many technical problems with shogun 2. I would love to hear the relaxing campaign music again for nistoglia! I like the return of badass roman peltist dudes or w/e with the bear capes. good i want to be able to run it ( plz not too cpu intensive if possible) easier to upgrade graphics card than cpu the commentator said it will be scalable. I Am really excited to see naval battles i will miss the cannons maybe (i liked being able to go first person in the artillary wepon in shogun2.
